Strong Anchor Consulting provides educational guidance and support to assist clients in understanding and navigating disability-related systems, including medical, educational, and state-based services. Services may include, but are not limited to: explanation of terminology and concepts general guidance on navigating systems and processes development of personalized strategies and recommendations assistance in organizing and understanding information The Client acknowledges and agrees that: services are limited to education, guidance, and general support only Strong Anchor Consulting does not provide medical, legal, therapeutic, or clinical services Strong Anchor Consulting does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or create clinical or therapeutic plans Strong Anchor Consulting does not act as an advocate, representative, or decision-maker on behalf of the Client Strong Anchor Consulting does not complete, submit, or manage applications, forms, or official documentation on behalf of the Client Any examples, templates, or guidance provided are for informational/educational purposes only and may not be suitable for all situations. The Client understands that Strong Anchor Consulting operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any medical provider, educational institution, government agency, or other organization.

All information, guidance, and materials provided by Strong Anchor Consulting are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical, legal, therapeutic, or clinical advice. The Client understands and agrees that: Strong Anchor Consulting is not acting as a licensed medical, legal, or therapeutic provider no provider-client relationship (including medical, therapeutic, or legal) is created through these services the Consultant does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment plans, or offer clinical or therapeutic interventions any information provided should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional advice from licensed providers the Client is solely responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals for diagnosis, treatment, legal guidance, or other regulated services The Client further acknowledges that any decisions made based on information provided are made at their own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees that Strong Anchor Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of services, information, or materials provided. The Client acknowledges and agrees that: all services are provided for educational and informational purposes only the Client assumes full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of any information or guidance provided Strong Anchor Consulting is not responsible for any decisions made by the Client or for any outcomes resulting from those decisions The Client further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Strong Anchor Consulting, its owner, and any associated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to: the Client’s use of services the Client’s implementation or non-implementation of recommendations any decisions made based on information provided interactions with third parties, including but not limited to medical providers, educational institutions, or government agencies The Client acknowledges that Strong Anchor Consulting does not control or influence third-party entities and is not responsible for any actions, decisions, delays, denials, or outcomes associated with those entities. In no event shall the total liability of Strong Anchor Consulting for any claim arising out of or related to services provided exceed the total amount paid by the Client for those services.

Strong Anchor Consulting is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and will make reasonable efforts to protect all information shared during the course of services. The Client understands and agrees that: Strong Anchor Consulting is not a healthcare provider and is not subject to HIPAA or other medical privacy laws information shared is treated with care and discretion, but is not protected under the same legal standards as licensed medical, legal, or therapeutic services communication may occur through electronic platforms, which may not be fully secure The Consultant agrees to treat client information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as outlined below. The Client acknowledges and agrees that confidentiality may be limited in the following circumstances: if there is a reasonable belief of harm to the Client or others if there is suspected abuse, neglect, or other reportable concerns if disclosure is required by applicable laws or professional obligations The Client understands that the Consultant is a mandated reporter in their professional capacity and may be required to report certain information in accordance with applicable laws. The Client further acknowledges that: digital tools, including AI-assisted technologies, may be used to support service delivery, document creation, and organization of information reasonable efforts will be made to limit the inclusion of personally identifiable or highly sensitive information when using such tools Clients may share documents and relevant information as needed for services; however, they acknowledge that electronic communication (including email) may not be fully secure, and they assume responsibility for the transmission of such information.

The Client agrees to the following payment terms: Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of any services unless otherwise agreed in writing Services will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed All fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered The Client acknowledges and agrees that: payment secures the Consultant’s time, expertise, and availability no refunds will be issued for services that have been completed, delivered, or initiated partial refunds will not be provided for partially completed services For services that include scheduled sessions: the Client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon time missed sessions may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice and are subject to availability Strong Anchor Consulting reserves the right to: refuse or discontinue services in the event of non-payment reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances update pricing for future services at any time
